Labour Codes Alert: In-Hand Salary & PF Par Bada Asar? Jaaniye New Calculation

Labour Ministry ne Parliament mein confusion khatam karte hue confirm kar diya hai ki naye Labour Codes 21 November 2025 se lagu maane jayenge. Iska seedha asar aapki monthly salary slip par padne wala hai. Agar aap private job karte hain, toh 'Alert' ho jayiye—aapki 'Take Home Salary' mein katorii ho sakti hai, lekin aapka Future Fund (PF) tezi se badhega. Jaaniye kya hai naya ganit.

New Wage Code: 50% Basic Salary Rule Kya Hai?

Naye Labour Codes ka sabse bada 'Dhamaka' Wage Code hai. Iske mutabik, ab companies ko aapki Basic Salary total Cost to Company (CTC) ka kam se kam 50% rakhna anivarya hoga. Pehle kai companies Basic Salary ko 25-30% rakhti thin taaki PF contribution kam dena pade aur allowances (HRA, Special Allowance) ke zariye cash salary badhayi ja sake. Ab yeh 'Jugad' nahi chalega.

In-Hand Salary Par 'Jhatka' Kyu Lagega?

Agar aap soch rahe hain ki salary kam kyu hogi, toh iska calculation samajhna zaroori hai. PF aapki Basic Salary ka 12% hota hai. Jab Basic Salary badhegi, toh PF contribution bhi automatically badh jayega.

  • Purana Scene: Basic Salary kam thi = PF deduction kam = Haath mein zyada cash.
  • Naya Scene: Basic Salary 50% hogi = PF deduction double ho sakta hai = Haath mein kam cash.

Retirement aur Gratuity: Employees ke liye 'Khushkhabari'

Short-term mein bhale hi cash kam mile, lekin long-term mein yeh employees ke liye faaydemand hai. Naye niyam employees ki social security ko strong karte hain.

  • Gratuity: Ab gratuity paane ke liye 5 saal ka lamba intezaar nahi karna padega. Fixed-term employees ko 1 saal ki service ke baad hi gratuity ka haq milega.
  • Bada PF Corpus: PF mein zyada paisa jama hone se retirement ke waqt aapko ek badi rakam milegi, jispar compound interest ka bhi tagda return milega.

Overtime aur Working Hours: Double Paise ka Mauka

Sarkar ne overtime rules ko lekar bhi sthiti saaf ki hai. Agar koi employee tay sima (8-9 ghante) se zyada kaam karta hai, toh company ko use Double Overtime dena padega. Working hours ko 48 hours per week par cap kiya gaya hai. Halanki, 4-Day Work Week (hafte mein 3 chhutti) ka option bhi khula hai, lekin yeh company ki policy par depend karega.

Companies Ko Kya Karna Hoga?

Companies ke liye yeh ek compliance challenge hai. Unhein apne payroll structure ko restructure karna hoga. Agar aapki company ne abhi tak naye rules ke hisab se salary slip update nahi ki hai, toh jald hi HR ki taraf se naya Salary Annexure aa sakta hai. Experts ka kehna hai ki isse companies par financial bojh badh sakta hai, lekin employees ka future secure hoga.
